You will have received your Bus E-tickets from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you download your tickets and have them in either:
iPhone: Saved to your apple Wallet
Android: Saved as a PDF
Please ensure to have the barcode/QR present on your mobile device and saved ticket ready to scan when you reach the bus stop.
If you have booked for more than one person you transfer them their tickets so that they can store them on their own portable devices by clicking the booking link on your confirmation, email you received. Click Transfer Ticket and enter their email address.
